Nigerian forward Kelechi Iheanacho is reportedly facing a two-year jail sentence for allegedly giving false information to a court in Pennyslavania, United States.
The 20-year-old has been at the centre of a legal battle regarding his image rights with reports that his former representatives, First Eleven management, based in the US are still claiming rights to his image despite signing with Stellar Group two years ago.
Reports in The Sun claim that Iheanacho filed pleadings that denied he knew or spent time with Henry Galeano who also claims to be his former agent.
The Manchester City forward also claimed that he believed Galeano was an alias used by First Eleven Management, co-owner Robert Zanicky.
The report further claims that an American court have been handed a series of photos and documents that suggested otherwise.
Kelechi Iheanacho could be summoned to answer whether he merely met Galeano or was with him on several occasions.
Meanwhile reports in Sky Sports claim that the forward has been scheduled for a medical ahead of his move to Leicester City from Manchester City.
