Simon Moses stars as Nantes end winless run against Brest

Super Eagles forward Moses Simon came off the bench to help his club Nantes secure a vital win over Brest on Sunday.


The Super Eagles winger was surprisingly left on the bench for the game after returning from. International assignments.


It was the second time in 33 appearances for Nantes that Moses started a game from the bench when fit.


His introduction however made life easier for Nantes as he provided the assist that helped Nantes seal a 3-1 over the stubborn opponents.


Simon came on in the 63rd minute to set up Kader Bamba to put Nantes 3-1 up with 11 minutes left in the game.


The win ended Nantes run of five straight games without a win, they last won a game two months ago, a when they defeated Nimes 2 – 1.
